To meet all of the client’s requirements, a basement proved to be an ideal solution. It would provide a separate section to the house for the luxury leisure area they wanted to include, without disturbing the actual living space. However, this would cost them no extra ground on their plot, so they would not need to sacrifice a part of their garden.
As a further bonus, it would allow the children, as well as the adults to play and have fun with their friends, without disturbing the peace and quiet of the rest of the house. So we build ten additional rooms for various purposes in the basement, with their own bowling lane, a luxury home cinema, a temperature-tempered wine cellar, a party room and a steam bath.
We were able to stand up to their challenging standards with our highly developed AquaSafe® waterproof basement system. By using our precast system, we were able to meet the very tight time frame and build the whole basement within only seven weeks. Nevertheless, we guarantee a 100% water tightness, so our client can be reassured that their elaborate interiors are well protected from any water damage.
