Production
We produce our Glatthaar Elements in our own factory in the south of Germany next to our home base in Schramberg. Our production hall with a footprint of over 5000m² enables us a modern industrial manufacturing construction independent of all weather conditions.
Offsite Production
The Off-site manufacturing is a fully automated computer controlled production which starts from placing the shutters on the casting tables, up to the automatic curing in the "curing chamber" and ends with the right in time delivery a day after. All with the preciseness of German engineering machines. That efficient machinery and computer controlled machines allow us further on to manufacture economically with low energy consumption and optimum use of materials.
The whole system is lead by a well skilled and highly motivated workmanship able to create our quality Glatthaar products in line with your specifications and wishes to achieve the best results.Our long standing experience and our consistent quality management system, which starts at production and continues through to installation guaranties a maximum in quality. This is achieved on the basis of internal quality guidelines and controls, as well as an external quality control.
Onsite Production
Well skilled and highly motivated own workmanship (no sub-contractors), each of them working many years in pre-cast construction, installing over a hundred basements a year, allows a most efficient work in terms of quality, time and cost!
In addition the gangs are supported and lead by an experienced project manager, dealing with all aspects of your high quality Glatthaar Basement, providing a clear line of communication with the ambitious customer from the start to the end!
