This time we built a lovely basement for one of our clients in the south of Scotland in Galashiels.
As the plot is located on a hill side, the basement also forms the ground floor with lots of daylight shining in. Thanks to our Thermosafe system
and the great u-value (0.30w m² k) it provides, they can comfortably use the basement as a living area. The sunny space is now filled with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
With our precast system it was possible to build this basement in just 5 weeks and with our Aquasafe construction we can guarantee that it will stay watertight.For some impressions please take a look at our gallery.
